JD Whole Health offers private Pilates Classes that are tailored to the individual's needs. These can be for one of two people.
Also available are group circuit classes. These classes have a maximum of 5 people and focus on a combination of Pilates, Strength Training and Mobility for a full balanced body workout. Particularly great for midlife women!

Bookings for private and group classes are released 21 days in advance.
Payment is required at time of booking.
A minimum cancellation of 12 hours notice is required for a full refund.
